Our LGB chefs are available should you wish to incorporate them into your stay. Alternatively you can hire your own external chefs who can use our well equipped kitchens within the hamlet.
Our Chefs and Cuisine.
At Le Grand Banc we take advantage of incredible fresh and flavoursome ingredients and bring to the table only provisions sourced in these local markets or from the butchers and bakers in nearby villages.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the winter kitchen, in the heart of the hamlet, on an outdoor terrace with a glimpse of the Luberon hills. Breads and pastries are also avaliable from the local village of Simiane La Rotonde.
Lunch
Lunch is a cacophony of colours and textures, displayed on a magnificent slab of marble, seating 32 guests. The dining room is perched on the edge of the Le Grand Banc cliff face with spectacular views of the Geopark of the Luberon.
Cocktail Hour
Drinks whenever you choose, are in the main house with tapenards (the local olive dish) from the Sunday market in Reillanne, anchovies from the coast., followed by dinner, outside the summer kitchen.
